Content Protection

All content of these websites / this portal, in particular texts, articles, document templates, contracts, graphics, photographs, illustrations, databases, videos, trade names, logos, and other elements (hereinafter referred to as the “Content”), is protected by copyright and other legal regulations, in particular Act No. 121/2000 Coll., the Copyright Act, as amended.

The Content is the exclusive property of the website operator or third parties who have granted the operator the relevant rights to use it.

Without the prior explicit written consent of the operator, it is in particular prohibited to:

  • copy, reproduce, or otherwise duplicate the Content or any part thereof,
  • distribute, publish, make available to the public, or provide the Content to third parties,
  • modify, adapt, translate, or otherwise alter the Content,
  • use the Content for commercial purposes,

The above restrictions do not apply to the operator’s registered business partners who have been granted access to the portal based on registration or a contractual relationship. These partners are authorized, for the duration of the registration or contractual relationship, to download, store, and further use the Content to the extent necessary for the performance of their rights and obligations arising from their business cooperation with the operator, always within the scope of the agreed authorization and under the conditions set by the operator.

We do not grant any license or other authorization to use the Content beyond the statutory right of use for personal purposes or the authorization expressly granted to registered business partners.

Unauthorized use of the Content may give rise to liability under civil, administrative, and criminal law in accordance with Czech law and the regulations of the European Union.
